In 2012, Reality Church began as a church plant of Worship Center in Lancaster, PA meeting in its 2nd temporary facility. Reality Church began considering a permanent home.  As Pastor Joe Castronova explains, “We sensed a need for a capital campaign for a future facility. We interviewed three other companies before we chose Impact Stewardship. We immediately felt a connection with them.”

The hope and purpose of the campaign was to prepare them for their next facility.  They wanted a space that would allow them to grow, provide fun and safe creative spaces for their children, and provide environments for connection.  Rather than waiting, the church was in support of raising funds to have in reserve so leadership could move expeditiously once they identified a property.

Reality Church’s first campaign exceeded their goals, raising an astonishing $769,000 in seed money.  This positive beginning propelled them forward in their search for a space they could call home.

Fast forward 18 months into the campaign and Reality Church found the perfect property to refurbish with the campaign funds and signed a long-term lease to give them their first non-temporary church home. As God blessed their step of faith, by the end of the 3-year campaign, Reality Church was given the opportunity to purchase their location from their property owner. The church family responded by committing $1.89 million in their second campaign in order to purchase the building. The blessing and ministry momentum created by their leaderships leap of faith helped speed up the church’s growth and impact in their community.
