Fountain of Life Church

Overview

Fountain of Life Church partnered with Impact Stewardship Resources to launch Extending the Table, a capital campaign rooted in hospitality, generosity, and vision for future growth. Designed to expand ministry capacity and create space for new people to encounter Christ, the campaign inspired a powerful response resulting in $1.8 million committed, more than 2.3 times the original budget, and exceeding the campaign goal.

As Fountain of Life continued to grow, both spiritually and numerically, its facilities began to limit its ability to fully live out its mission:

  • Congested and insufficient gathering spaces for guests and members
  • Limited environments for youth and next-generation ministries
  • Inadequate space for churchwide fellowship and small group gatherings
  • Barriers to creating a welcoming and connected visitor experience

Leadership recognized that expanding physical space was essential to expanding spiritual impact.

At the heart of the campaign was a compelling and unifying idea: “By extending the table, we are making space to welcome others in so they can discover life in Christ.”

This vision emphasized that growth is not just about buildings. It’s about creating room for people. Rooted in gratitude for God’s blessings and faith in His provision, the campaign invited the congregation into a season of prayer, generosity, and shared mission.

With support from Impact Stewardship Resources, Fountain of Life launched a strategic initiative focused on expanding and enhancing its campus to better serve its growing community. Key elements included:

  1. Enhanced Welcome Experience
Creating an improved entrance and welcome area to provide a warm, inviting first impression for guests.
  2. New Lobby & Coffee Space
Developing a larger, more functional gathering area to ease congestion and foster meaningful connection between services.
  3. Expanded Fellowship Hall
Designing a flexible space for churchwide events, while also accommodating smaller meetings and group studies.
  4. Growth for Youth Ministry
Expanding dedicated student ministry space to support rapid growth and deeper engagement.
