Overview

Fincastle Baptist Church partnered with Impact Stewardship Resources to launch Growing Together for the One, a multi-campus capital stewardship campaign focused on supporting rapid growth and expanding ministry impact. Rooted in a clear spiritual foundation and mission-driven vision, the campaign generated $4.3 million in commitments, more than doubling the original budget and surpassing its goal.

This campaign was not just about buildings—it was a call for spiritual growth, unity, and purpose across all campuses.

With guidance from Impact Stewardship Resources, Fincastle launched a strategic plan to address specific needs at each campus while preparing for future growth.

Fincastle Campus Improvements

  • Addition of 100+ new parking spaces
  • Construction of a 12,000–18,000 sq. ft. two-story Student Center
    • Worship space for hundreds of students
    • Classrooms and café
    • Indoor and outdoor recreation areas
  • Designed for future expansion into a new Worship Center

Highlands Campus Upgrades

  • Renovation of the worship center with new seating, carpet, and lighting
  • Enhanced audio and video technology
  • Replacement of windows and doors
  • Improved handicapped accessibility

Rockbridge Campus Enhancements

  • Updates to the current worship center
  • Doubling children’s ministry space
  • Expansion of office areas
  • Establishment of financial reserves toward a future campus relocation
